1957 BMW Isetta 300 sliding window US version. Rolling body and chassis, no engine or transmission and missing other parts as shown in the pictures. See photos. Some dings and dents, floor rusted out and poorly replaced with flat metal. Some other rustout areas and poor body and paint. See photos again! All glass is present and in good shape except for a small rock chip in the windshield. Replacement weatherstrips will be needed to remount the windows. Incorrect seat in car. It rolls and steers easily. Brakes inoperable. Isettas are the most popular and easy to restore true microcars thanks to plentiful and reasonably priced parts supplies. There is even an excellent book on step by step Isetta restoration. Well restored Isettas are bringing $30,000 plus in today's collector car market. This Isetta is definately restorable or could be customized with a non-original powertrain or just enjoy it as-is. There is no reserve on this item.
