It's been around, but with only 2 owners, myself and my old boss, who sold it to me in '88 or 9. It was driven fairly hard, yet fairly well maintained until lately. I am responsible for about 120 g's of that number. The bed is so badly rusted that it will no longer pass Pa. insp.(now exp.). There is rust starting on the front whell area and I was told that "some" rust spots are on the frame. It also needs an alternator, radiator, brakes, and tires. Having those items and she will go almost as well as it did back then. Will "run good" as it may be. Quietly. In fact , that was one of the last things anyone said to me before the alternator acted up. How quiet it was in low gear. Last ran in 12/11. The interior is dirty and worn and very smoked -up, yet very dry and intact., vinyl nearly un blemished. It's missin some screws and nuts, two hub covers, and the drivers side mirror has a piece missing( not the glass) All light covers intact. am/fm standard dash , speakers shot. It has/had no rear bumper, the carb. is 5 yrs. old reblt., windshield strip on top off and bent up but I still have it, missing the corner clip. Gas gauge doesn't work, but we measure in dollars worth now. Last I knew it got around 23+ a Gln. , don't mark me on that. It burned a 1 qt. oil every 3-4 thou. This truck is sensitive too . I will not discuss our personal relationship on the internet. Payment on pick up is great. Feel free to offer similar arrangements. Third party pick up, cash only.
