The clutch is very good, brakes stop the car well. The 5 speed manual transmission is very responsive in all ranges, needless to say the reverse gear also works great. Truck has a current PA inspection stiker, valid until 09/2012. Equipped with the economical 2.6 in-line 4 cylinder engine, this motor is low maintenance and it is known to be very reliable and virtually indestructible, all you have to do is change your oil at recommended intervals and this car will last a lifetime. Talking about a GAS SAVER, this is as good as it gets, apart from the 2.6 engine that saves you a lot of money at the pump the 4 wheel drive gives the option of driving the truck in the 2H mode for additional savings on gas usage, you do not have to use the 4H unless the terrain calls for it. While at it, we decided to replaced the front brake pads, though the old ones were service-able they were just a little lower than we would have like them. Though the car ran and drove extremely well prior to doing this service, going the extra mile is just one way of assuring the next owner, of many more thousand miles of happy motoring.
