State Title This vehicle is also for sale locally as well For sale locally for $14,950 Description 1980 Pontiac Trans Am This is truly one of a kind custom show car! It is an actual VIN verified Trans Am NOT a clone. This car has had a full restoration at 84,000 miles. Everything about the car is new! Lets start from the outside... It had a full media blast stripped down to metal. Any metal that needed to be replaced was replaced with new metal. There is no bondo on the car anywhere, and it was done right. There is not a single scuff, scratch, knick, or spot of rust anywhere on the car. The exterior is FLAWLESS! (and I wouldn’t say that about just any car) It is literally flawless! The undercarriage is immaculate. The frame and floors are clean with absolutely no problems. It also has sub-frame connectors for reinforcement and stability. The Factory snowflake wheels are brand new with New Raised white letter tires. It also has factory 4-wheel disc brakes with powder coated rotors (4-wheel disc was a big factory upgrade from Pontiac in 1980) It has also had a completely new upgraded performance suspension replacement from “Strange Engineering” The weather stripping on the T-Tops is all recent and does not leak, and the original T-Top bags are in the trunk. Motor & Transmission: The motor is a Factory 6.6L 403ci Olds small block V8 Crate Motor (not #'s matching but true to the year, 1980 was a 403ci olds motor) with an Edelbrock 650 cfm Thunder Series 4-bbl Carburetor, ceramic coated headers, and NEW true dual exhaust with Bullet Mufflers, and Factory replaced Trans Am dual tips. The Trans Am has a B&M shifter paired with a Turbo 350 Transmission fully rebuilt at 84k miles and a Posi-Traction rear end. Interior: The floors were all undercoated, and a New carpet was installed. The rear seats were reupholstered, and the front seats were replaced with Genuine Leather ProKar racing seats. (very comfortable actually) It has a billet aluminum instrument panel, and the dash is free of any cracks and also has a dash cover. It also has a Grant Removable steering wheel for security. It has a pioneer CD player, with upgraded speaker system and “NOS bottle look” Subwoofer. It also has “Wig Wag” strobes hidden in the front grill and the headlights and taillights are wired with a strobe option too for car shows, and parades. This car was done right, it is rarely driven, perfect, and starts right up and runs smoothly. It runs so well it could easily be a daily driver. This is a close to new 1980 Pontiac Trans Am, however, it is 32 years old so please don't expect a brand new car. There are no issues with the car, just a truly nice classic car, that runs well. To be honest, there is over $18k invested in the car, and we are listing it locally for $14,995 but I have no idea what this car is worth. So, I am listing it with a $200 starting bid and No Reserve. You tell me what its worth! I will be able to pickup the winning bidder at Manchester NH International Airport if necessary, We are not able to provide temporary tags/plates for transportation. I also put it up on a lift today and took photos of the undercarriage. The undercarriage is VERY clean and there is absolutely no rust! I took pictures and video of all the door jambs, and trunk seems as well. The inside of the trunk is perfect as well. Click play on the video links and watch me take a walk around inside and out. I also took a video of how the strobes work. The car was previously owned by a fire fighter. Hence, the flame theme, extinguishers, and fire fighter strobes. This was his pride and joy. It was meticulously built, rarely driven, and cared for.
