I'm selling this car for my friend who wants to purchase my 69 Grand Prix, but can't do so unless he sells this Firebird. As the photos show, this is a very clean car. The only major issue is that the engine will need to be rebuilt or replaced. The engine spun a bearing last summer and now has a pretty good knock, but still has good compression at 135. The engine is an Olds 350, so it's not the original. We're trying to acquire a Pontiac 350 engine to replace, and will update the listing if we do. The tranny is a 3-speed 350. A 3-speed 400 will also come with the car. The car was originally red, but has recently been painted pearl white with blue racing stripes. It has a new headliner, new carpet, and upholstery, a new B&M shifter, new tires, and new weather stripping throughout. All dash components work except the clock. This Bird has a Trans Am Wing with a Formula Hood. As you probably know, you can get many parts for this car through Performance Years Pontiac parts out of Pennsylvania. They're great people to deal with. The only thing is the wood steering wheel, shown in some of the photos, will not go with the car. The black Pontiac steering wheel shown in the last pic will be put on soon.
