For sale we have a very nice Geo Metro Convertible with automatic transmission and a new top. The top is manually operated and has clear rear glass. The engine runs very well and the transmission shifts as it should. The car gets good gas mileage around 30- 33 since it is an automatic. The A/C needs to be charged but I didn't worry about it since its a convertible the top is down most of the time anyway. Car dirves and runs out great. There is no implied warranty car is sold as is. On Apr-19-12 at 02:13:17 PDT, seller added the following information: I've had several questions about the car. A) is it the original paint or when was it painted. B) Has the timing belt and Idler been replaced. and C) has the exhaust been replaced. ANSWERS A) I not sure when it was painted. It was before we got it but they did a great job it is still shiny and beautiful. We have owned it since 10/09 and have had no issues with the paint. B) Yes the timing belt and idler have both been replaced just as soon as I got it. Because on the Metro forums they said that those were a weak spot so I replaced them. That was around 5000 miles ago so you are well within the recommended maintenance. Recommended to change every 60000 miles. C) Yes the exhaust has been replaced. I believe from the cat back. Not sure because the exhaust shop did it 2 years ago and I told them to replace what needed to be replaced. Exhaust has been quiet ever since. One question not asked yet how is the battery.
