For sale1972 Porsche 914 2.0LThe car runs and shifts great. I have not had any issues stopping, however I am sure the breaks are old and need to be replaced at some point. The car starts great, however I think their is a problem with the alternator. I currently have the battery disconnected and only connect it when I need to start the car from time to time. I am in the military and very busy so I have not had the time to work on the alternator. The car has some rust, but it all appears to be surface rust with everything appearing to be solid. The car has a slant nose bodykit, but I am not sure what brand. I bought the car in the summer of 2006 and have not done too much to it. I had the car repainted in the spring of 2008 and had a mechanic make sure that the engine was in good working condition. At that time the mechanic installed dual Webber 34 carbs and an electronic ignition. I was able to use the car as a daily driver with no issues, but due to the alternator problem I have not been able to drive it daily. Being sold "as is". Buyer must arrange shipping at their own cost.
