'65 GMC short bed, 230cid straight 6, SM-420 granny low 4spd, 12 bolt rear, converted to 5 lug, with front disc brakes, rear end is from a '71. All new brakes, new power dual brake booster, 2 1/2 drop spindles, all new brake lines and hoses, louvered hood, pinstriped glove box door. Bardon rear tow bumper, trailer brakes, rear "helper" springs on top of leaf spring pak for extra payload. Heater workes great, windshield wipers work, blinker do not work. Drives great, burns a little oil. 97K original miles. The bed has some dents, and some minor surface rust but this is a very solid California truck. It was first sold in Sonora, CA and has remained here its entire life. The original owner bought it for his vacation house, and drove it untill 2010 untill he couldn't drive anymore, that's when I became owner. Currently registered with California black plates.
