1983 , 1.7 Litre 4Cylinder, automatic trans ( that shifts flawlessly), sunroof, A/C (Compressor clutch actually turns on when switched on, blows cool air but not ice cold)Charge maybe ? Power brakes, power steering, Vent fly windows, full hubcaps, Delay wipers, Original AM/FM Radio (works great). Garage kept Granny car , Literally !!! The first owner was a little 75 year old woman who had it for 5 years and then sold it to another woman in the next town over in 1988 at which time it only had 17k miles. She also kept the car in a garage for the time that she owned it. I am still in contact with the second owner who is 55yo. The car now has 71,500 miles. It is in great shape, Even the window seals are all good. All original glass still, original spare , jack & tools. Doesn't look like the spare has ever been out. The car is Sandstone Metallic exterior color (LE1Y) and Camel Velour interior. Car is near Mint !!! there is rust on the rear wheel arches(see pics). That is the only rust/rot on the car. The floors, strut towers, trunk, rockers, etc.... are all SOLID !!!Very minor small scratches around the car , 2 small dents on the drivers side. The exhaust , front pads & rotors, cap, rotor, plugs are all new. This car runs & drives great ! Very tight car. It is very cheap to put on the road , great gas mileage, has many more years and miles of smiles left ... You won't find a cleaner MK1 , Loaded with these options ! I currently have it registered as an Antique.
