For most of you reading my ad chances are there is nothing more I can tell you about the car you don't already know except that we just replaced the timing belt, tensioner, roller and water pump with VW OEM parts about 600 miles ago. For those of you that aren't die hard TDI enthusiast there is no comparison to virtually any other vehicle. VW publishes 27mpg city and 38mpg highway but several people tell me they experience low to mid 40's on the interstate. Driving a TDI you'll be very impressed with the acceleration and how quiet they actually are not to mention the exhaust being very clean. They no way compare to diesels of several years ago and with proper maintainace will run virtually for ever. Keep in mind this is a full sized premium wagon not an economy box beer can on wheels. The condition of this reflex silver wagon is nearly unbelievable for a used car. I only noticed a small spot on the front bumper cover(pictured), a couple of small scratches on the inside top pf the drivers door frame( looks like someone locked themself out of the car you can not see this at all with the door closed) and on the rear top of the bumper cover someone touched up 2 light scratches from putting something in the trunk area. Inside is equally clean showing little to no wear, I would say it was perfect if it wasn't for a couple of minor nicks in the drivers windsheild pillar and 2 in the carpet both from what I assume was a cigarette. I do not see or smell any other signs of smoking in the car at all. It has evidently been smoked in a couple of times but I do not think it was a smokers car. It is obvious the previous owner knew what he had and cherished it as it deserves, it is a beautiful car in exceptional condition. The optional 17" alloy wheels have roughly 85% Michelin tires on them. I have driven the car roughly 600 miles and it drives like a dream and the added bonus being the fuel gauge barley moves. Included with the car are the original cloth floor mats as well as a rear cargo mat and a factory Monsoon premium sound system.. I do not believe you could find a nicer Passat TDI wagon anywhere, I really nit picked the description that's all I see you might not see in the pictures. This is the car you've been waiting for.
