Here I have a 2011 Ford Focus SE it runs and drives, has no engine/transmission issue. All the power locks and windows work. The miles are original. There is no title issue, it just needs to be re assigned, and what that means is I have possession of the title and there is currently no name it so the buyer (you) will get it reassigned in your name. I REPEAT THERE IS NO TITLE ISSUES IT IS IN MY POSSESSION AND WILL BE REASSIGNED ON THE WINNERS NAME. As far as the damage I think is self explanatory from the pic's If push comes to shove and you need me to do the repairing my guys will do a clean and professional job parts and repairs at a great price. Airbags can be bought here on Ebay for a cheaper price seen some around 425.00 for both sets. Parts can be found on Ebay, carparts.com, etc A new car just some rear end impact that need to be repaired As far as that goes the car starts GREAT and can lot drive with no problem, nothing has hit the front just the rear As already known the vehicle is sold AS IS it has a North Carolina title as far as any towing/shipping goes you will have to be set for that, but if assistance is what you will need I will be more than willing to help, whether if it comes to finding a repair shop, etc. Parts for this vehicle can be accessed online here on Ebay, car-part.com, etc. PLEASE!
