'51 Ford F-2, 4x4, 351c v8, c6 auto transmission. 82,000 miles on body, 14,000 on drivetrain. The truck has a remanufactured 351ci 2v Clevelandcoupled with a reman c6 auto transmission with shift kit. Drive train has 13,500 miles since rebuild. Edelbrock performer seriesintake, Edelbrock 650cfm carb, elec choke. Dana 60 rear, 44front. 3:50 gears front and rear. Lockout hubs, power steering, power brakes. Vintage air heat/ defrost. Disc frontbrakes drum rear. American racing 8 boltaluminum rims. Custom stainless rear bumper. The tires are in great shape with plenty of tred left. All original chrome on the front. Class II frame mounted hitch. The truck has many custom fabricated parts such as the hand made stainless steel side view mirror mounts. The paint is in fair condition. I would give it a 5 of 10. Looks good from 10' and has a nice shine, but has blemishes such as rust stains around the stake pockets, rock chips in the fenders. The forward wall of the box needs relined to match the rest of the box. The body is all origional steel no putty, fiberglass or filler of any kind. origional body and frame. The interior has new carpet but needs head liner and the seat reupholstered. The truck is a great driver cruises right down the interstate at 75mph with plenty of power left over. Straight, responsive,effortless power steering. The truck is a great daily driver or finish to show. I hate to sell but the funds are needed for something much more deer.
