This is a 1997 Lexus 300 ES 4D sedan which was seized by the Milford Police Department during a criminal investigation. The vehicle was awarded to the City of Milford by the Delaware Superior Court and the City holds a clear title. This vehicle is being sold AS-IS with NO WARRANTY expressed nor implied. Vehicle must be picked up within 10 days of close of auction. Winning Bidder MUST contact the City of Milford within 3 business days of close of auction and provide information for transfer of title as well as arrangements to pick the vehicle up. The City of Milford does NOT finance, does NOT accept Credit Cards, and WILL NOT end the auction early to sell the vehicle privately. The City of Milford will not provide rope, chain, towing, or labor to remove this vehicle. Buyer must bring all equipment necessary, including tools, to remove the vehicle after the auction. The vehicle will be made easily accessible if buyer is towing or using a trailer to remove the vehicle. The vehicle is available for inspection Mon-Fri 10:00 AM until 2:30 PM by appointment. Email seller to make an appointment or get further directions. The vehicle is in good shape and is in need of complete cleaning inside and out. Vehicle has been painted and could use a good buffing. The vehicle has numerous dents, dings and scratches but no disabling damage. Door jambs and under side of trunk and hood are white and were not painted with the vehicle. Interior is in decent condition with no major damage. Stereo works but LED display is blacked out (see photos). Tires are good, brakes appear to be serviceable and do not make noise or vibration when applied. Vehicle starts and runs and appears to shift normally. All glass is intact including lamps and lenses. Vehicle is inspected by the Delaware DMV through December of 2012.
