NO RESERVE - This car is going to be sold! Spring is almost here and here is an opportunity to own and drive one of the true 1960’s icons, a Mustang! This is a very clean 302 V8, automatic transmission Mustang Coupe that had been in storage for 4 years right after it had been painted and body work done by a company in MA. They did not complete putting the car back together and I purchased it from the owner and decided to complete it. What needed to be done was not major but took lots of labor hours and parts. Things like adjusting the windows, installing interior and exterior trim and such. Mileage reads 5500 but actual is unknown. I assume it is 105,000 but it does not feel like it when you drive it. Here is what has been done: - New Edlebrock manifold and 4 barrel carburetor (better gas mileage than the 2 barrel which was bad) on the internally very clean 302 V8. The original parts, including carb and intake manifold are included. - New Front Seat Upholstery - New power brake set up -booster, master cylinder, brake lines, brake pedal, hoses and pads - New throttle cable - New sway bar links - New rocker, side and trunk moldings - New Mustang fender scripts - New front seat belts - New Grant wood steering wheel - New front door panel speakers - All new weather stripping (doors, windows,hood and trunk) - New water shields on interior panels - New rear shelf - New dome light - New door handles and lots and lots of other little items to make it right. - New thermostat and coolant - New chrome air cleaner I have a complete list parts used including most part numbers and suppliers. Most of the parts came from Mustangs Unlimited. Options include power steering, power front disk brakes, remote control driver’s mirror, aftermarket AM/FM radio and chromed Mustang wheels. The tires are almost brand new radials. The car runs and looks great. This is a car that is great for cruising or to take to car shows. It presents very well including when having the hood and trunk open. This is a car you can be proud to drive and show. Well over $10,000 has been invested but I need the room so it WILL BE SOLD! The car is available for inspection by appointment. I strongly suggest you or some one you designate, check out the car in person.
