For sale is my 1988 Nissan 300ZX Turbo. Also known as a Z31 or a Fair Lady in Japan. This car looks and runs good, very quick. I will be honest and upfront about the condition of the vehicle. My #1 goal is sell the vehicle to someone who will appreciate it and have a smooth transaction with swift payment and pickup/arrangements. I love this car, but I am leaving the US to work abroad and therefore have to sell my beloved Z. As you can see in the pics, the car looks good and is clean. It runs well and is quick. The title is free and clear from Florida. As with any classic car, time waits for no one. I have replaced and repaired much of this car as it was my intention to finish the restoration. Brakes, head gaskets, tires, differential mount, radiator, plugs, distributor, wires, alternator, and belts have all been replaced recently. Injector recall has been performed. Spare tire and jack are functional and operational. I have owned this Z since 2005. The previous owned said he had an engine rebuild at 100,000 miles, but I have no evidence of this. There are some performance enhancements, however I have babied and cared for this car. I am an older and mellow. I just wanted my Z to be the best she could be. What is wrong with the car - The paint is faded particularly on the hood where 2 circular faded areas are visible. Paint on the right rear quarter panel looks to be cracking and fading. The paint in general is not looking good, but with some wax and buffing, it may be O.K. for you.The power steering pump is leaking slowly. Cheap and easy to fix or you can just continue to refill every once in a while.A/C does not blow cold. Was working before, not sure what's wrong. Although heat does work.Needs bearings tightened and alignment. Shocks are old and too stiff now. Definitely need to be replaced soon.Slow break fluid leak from right rear caliper area. Brakes are in good condition and have been replaced recently.Drivers side mirror housing is chipped (.5 inch)The leather on the seats looks bad. The passengers looks very similar to the drivers. They need to be covered or redone. The seats are in great condition and operate fully, it's just the leather that looks bad.Rims are a little dinged up, but look O.K.No CAT converter, test pipe is in place and can be replaced with CAT very easy if you would like one.Ding/Small Dent in left middle of rear tail. As seen in pic, ding is around 4 inches and looks circular. Tail light has a small piece of red tape on it where 1 tail light is broken. I have both left and right replacement tail lights for the winner. Great condition.Digital temperature gauge sometimes dims.CARFAX is clean, but right rear 1/4 panel seems to have been painted. May have had some kind of work in this area.This is all I can think of. I know this car like I know myself, that is why I am being very clear, upfront and honest. The car runs strong!
