For sale a 1977 Triumph Spitfire in beautiful shape. The overdrive makes these spits so much more enjoyable at highway speeds. OD reads 5737 which is obviously not accurate so I cannot gaurantee actual milage. Newer tan interior in excellent shape with no rips, tears, or fading. Also has a newer tan top in great shape. The paint is not concourse but shows very well. It has a few minor chips but no rust. I have owned it for about 5 years now and have probably put less than 2,000 miles on it, just a weekend driver. The reverse gear was gone when I bought it so I had a rebuilt transmisson shipped from England and had it professionally installed. Clutch master cylinder was replaced at that time and I recently replaced the slave cylinder as well. It has an electric fuel pump, electric cooling fan, Monza exhaust, and a working overdrive that makes highway cruising a dream. Please feel free to ask about anything I might have missed. It is a great driver and I hate to let her go but our second child is on the way so it's time to get rid of some of the toys.
