Normal 0 false false false EN-US X-NONE X-NONE For sale at **NO RESERVE**, 1970 Lincoln Mark III. I purchased this car in December 1999 and have only driven a few thousand miles since. I don't know much of the previous history of the car before I bought it. The previous owner said he installed new springs, brakes, and exhaust. Since I have owned it, I have had the A/C changed over to a R134. The blower motor is a little too noisy for my liking and should probably be replaced. I had the value covers off recently to inspect and this engine looks like new inside - no deposits anywhere. The holley carb and steering wheel were added by previous owner. I have always kept this car garaged. This car needs to be driven more than I have time to. I drove on a couple of 200 mile interstate trips and this car runs and drives well. New tires and battery. I know this Mark appears to ba all 69 instead of 70 except for the rear bumper. I don't know why this is, but the VIN says it's a 70. Frame & floors solid. Some paint bubbles on bottom of rear quarter and below rear window on drivers side. I don't know why there is a hole drilled in the rear bumper above the license plate. It was like that when I purchased the car. Maybe at one time it had air shocks and that was where the valve stem was. There is a small piece of chrome trim missing next to the driver side parking light. I never noticed until after I bought the car. i have the piece that will go with the car to the new owner. There is also some paint chipped off by the left taillight. I believe the mileage to be actual but can't verify.
