1968 Cougar with a small block 289 and a 3 speed manual transmission. Car has been sitting under a pole barn for a while, but is in pretty good condition. Last year taged was in 1992. Car starts up and runs fine. I think it will need new valve seals. Transmission goes in all gears and have a good firm brake pedal. Floors and trunk are all solid. Very little body work will be needed. Gas tank will need cleaning out.Old dash pad,reverse lights,steering wheel and original jack is in the trunk. Dash trim is i'm the back seat.Car has GT wheels but i'm not certain that its a GT.No power steering,brakes or ac. Car has original ignition,door, and trunk keys.Believe it or not,The sequential turn signals still work ! Driver side lock mechanism will need some adjustment. All the glass is in good condition. Car comes with a Ga.title. This car is also for sale locally so I have the right to end this auction early.Also I ordered replacement front seat covers off Ebay last night that will be included with this sale.This was to be a street rod project but changed my mind.
