1975 Triumph TR6 Excellent Driver! Low Documented Miles! No Rust! Overdrive! This is a fantastic driver quality TR6 in wonderful original condition. This car is as original as it gets for a 36 year old Triumph. It even has the 8-Track player still installed. I have service and engine rebuild records since the early 1980's. The mileage is documented as well and it includes all the books, records and 2 sets of keys. The engine was rebuild professionally about 10,000 miles ago and it runs extremely well. The choke is sticky on the forward carb but I rarely use the choke anyway. In Florida it is unnecessary. It has been serviced less than a week ago. I will include some extra tuning parts and a oil filter. There were some very minor oil leaks that seemed to go away once the new filter was re-installed. It pulls hard in every gear and does NOT backfire or misfire. This is the best running Triumph I have ever driven. The body is in great overall condition. There is not any rust and no rust repairs. The lower rockers are original and the frame is as solid as it gets. The paint was done many years ago but was well done and looks great. there are no cracks or scratches in any of the glass or exterior lights. All the electrical parts work except the wipers and the heater blower. I am unsure why they do not turn on. The interior is in very nice condition and is original. It even has the seat belt holders and original carpet. It looks better than most restoration cars. The dash is original and is a 8 out of 10 with some of the usual wood imperfections. All of the gauges work properly and are in excellent condition. The seats are in perfect condition with no tears or flattened bottoms. The top looks in great condition with no tears and the window is very clear. There is a roll bar installed that could be easily removed if you do not like the look. Even the door panels are straight and not saggy like most original cars. The tires are newer and even have some nubbies still showing. The wheels have some minor peeling that could be easily repaired with a can of silver spray paint. The exhaust is original with some older repairs. It looks like it could use replacing at some point down the road. Please e-mail with any questions. I will answer quickly and honestly. This is a great Florida car for the winter.
