The successful bidder is to contact our office within 24 hours of auction end. If the end of the auction falls on a weekend or holiday, the next business day will be fine. At that time, we require a non-refundable $500.00 deposit within the same 24 hour timeframe. If these terms are not met, will result in relisting the auction or selling the car to the next highest bidder.
Within 7 Days of auction end the balance of the amount due must be received. Payments accepted are bank wire transfer only. If you are unable to bank wire transfer funds, then a cashier’s check, an official bank check or certified funds will be ok once we verify with the bank that drafted the check.

If we ship your vehicle to your state, No Florida Sales Tax is charged. If you want to pick up your car in Florida, we are required to charge you 6% sales tax. 96% of all states will credit you the sales tax paid in Florida when you register your var at your local DMV. Please call your DMV to verify. We are aware that West Virginia,Mississippie & Arkansas will not credit you. We recommend to have the car shipped to these states.

Title:
Florida is a title holding state. Some titles take up to 21 days to receive from lien holders. Titles that are paid for by cashiers check are held up to 14 business days for checks to clear. If you pick up your car we will issue a 30 DAY Temporarily Tag.
Financing:
Most banks and credit unions do not finance vehicles older than 1996 or with more than 100K miles. Make sure if financing that your financial institution accepts the year and miles of this vehicle before bidding. Please arrange financing prior to bidding. Extended service plans are available to be purchased for most makes and models depending on year and mileage. ALL FINANCING MUST BE PRE-ARRANGED BEFORE BIDDING.
Warranty:
All of our vehicles that are 10 years and older are sold "AS IS" because they do not qualify for the NIADA Certified Pre Owned Program. The Certified vehicles come with a 12 Month or 12,000 Mile Warranty.
