No Reserve, $1.00 Starting Bid 1993 Eagle Talon TSI All-wheel drive, 5spd NO TITLE, NO WARRANTY - only good for parts or a race car project A friend of mine bought this car back during the DSM craze of the early 2000s. At the time it was a really nice car, and very quick. I believe that he put synchros in the transmission, and installed KYB AGX struts, an aftermarket turbo and front mount intercooler, and an exhaust. After a couple of years he stopped fooling around with it and stuck it on an empty storage lot that my family owned. It sat there for a year and then someone broke in and stole the front mount intercooler. I recommended that the car be stored somewhere else, because there was no security there, but it was left in the lot. About a year later someone shot out the driver's and passenger's windows with a pellet gun. My friend still left the car sitting on the lot, and with the busted windows, its condition rapidly deteriorated. About 5 years ago my family sold the storage lot and we had to tow the car to my dad's car lot. My friend still didn't want to come get it, so it gradually just turned into a wreck. I've sent word to my friend, asking that the car be taken away, multiple times over the past 5 years, saying the last couple of years that we were going to have to haul it to the junkyard if he didn't come and get it, but I think he just gave up on it and doesn't want to see it again. Now we've lost contact, and I last heard that he had moved to California. I was going to haul the car off to the junkyard but thought someone might want to buy it for parts, so here it is. PLEASE READ THIS: This car is in ROUGH shape. It has not been started or driven for at least 7 years now. The broken windows have allowed years of rain, wind, dust and snow to destroy the interior. People have tossed a bunch of random junk into the car, and someone swiped the air filter and turbo piping. There is NO TITLE and there are NO KEYS. I cannot get you the title or keys. I do not know the state of the mechanical or electrical components. I will try to answer any questions as best as possible, but I am not going to try to get the car running or move it. I just want it hauled away. This car is sold AS IS, with NO WARRANTY, and will only be good to someone as a parts car or race car project. Take a good look at the pictures, or come visit - what you see is what you get. The winning bidder must come and haul this car away. It will require a trailer with some kind of winch to get the car loaded. Do not come without a winch! Winning bidder must contact me within 24 hours of the end of the auction. The car must be picked up within 1 week of the end of the auction. Payment is to be made in CASH at the time of pick-up. Bidders with negative or "zero" feedback scores, and overseas bidders must contact me prior to bidding - I will delete your bids otherwise.
