1972 Chevy Suburban 3 Door This vehicle was restored in 2001 . I purchased this and it was completely stock with original paint. We started with stripping all of the paint with soda blasting at the el monte airport. I had it painted inside and out and had them install a flush modern fuel door system. Starting from the front , new bumpers , all new lights, new grill, new radiator, New motor ZZ4 350 GM crate motor (aluminum heads) , New edelbrock, New trimings, New shorty headers, new 700r4 trany, new exhaust, new rearend 3.73 gears, New bel tech lowering kit, New rims and tires, 50 gallon gas tank. Interior New Dakota Digital instruments, new dash, new tilt steering , cruise control by dakota, New AC vents, all new speakers 8 in total (no holes were cut), New deck , 12 disc cd changer, New carpet front to rear, Tinted windows, new amp, matching spare tire new, new seat belts. Front and Rear AC. All new rubber for windows and doors. I built this vehicle when I was single , drove it for 2 years, since then only a couple hundred miles per year. I put around 40K into this vehicle and built it exactly for what I wanted , an everyday driver with extreme comfort , and this thing cruises at high speeds smoothly. It is clean , it needs a home where it can be appreciated more. This is not a trailer queen. The paint is in my opinion needs attention , but that is it.
