Well I purchased this awesome bike last August from the original owner with a big winter trip in mind which didn't happen. I love the bike but it's a lot of bike to have no more than I am able to ride.It has 5977 miles on it currently. Lots of extras. ABS heated grips onboard computer from the factory. Motech crash bars touratech rear luggage rack Jesse Paniers and a skid plate so you won't have to spend a lot on upgrades.The previous owner had the first two services done at BMW of Grand Rapids where he purchased it and then changed the oil himself since that was all that was called for I think he said it should be good until 12,000 miles befores it's next service.It was purchased new 11/09 so you should have warranty left through this riding year.Imperfections seems there is always some. I thought I purchased a pristine bike until my good friend picked it apart. It appears it was tipped over once. There is a slight rub mark on the handlebar end. A slight mar on the crash bars and a mar on the bottom of the jesse bag. I have taken good pics of all three spots. It's something you have to be really looking for.I have this for sale locally and on Craigslist so I reserve the right to end the auction at any time. I have set a reasonable reserve.Please only bid if you intend to buy have the cash and permission from your mom wife or girlfriend first. They do worry you know!!!Payment can be cash in person, wire transfer or cashiers check but it will still have to clear the bank first. I could also take paypal if you want to pay the charges. I called BMW of Grand Rapids and they verified that the first 600 mile service was completed and also the two recalls were done at that time. It then calls for service every 6000 miles. Which the original owner did himself but to keep current with BMW you should take it in and pay them 150 for the 6000 mile oil change. Major service valve check and so on isn't due until 18000 miles and they said they haven't had to adjust one yet at that mileage.
