Up for auction is 1963 chevy short bed step side,this truck came from south TX and was completely gone thru,what was done is new bed wood with all new power coated skid strips and stainless bolt kit new sway bar bushings,new brakes,drums wheel cylinders(all four wheels)new dual exhaust and headers, has a saganaw 3 speed from a 1971 chevy with a new 12"clutch pressure plate and bearing fly wheel was turned,cross member was moved back to accomadate which has a aluminum bellhousing so it would be no problem to switch to automatic if desired cross member from 1991 chevy truck with new mount and hurst floor shifter,truck has a 350 motor that has some miles on it and may need a basic rebuild kit, rings bearings ect. edelbrock carb(550) and intake with MSD wires hypertec cap rotor plugs i use castoral 10 40 oil stock radiator which was flushed and pressure tested, new windshield with new seal. body no rust the body is in primer with some teal mixed in it gives it the flat look 12 bolt posi rear end front end rebuilt goes down road straight as a arrow no power nothing manual stearing and brakes,seat recovered in gray vinyl im sure im forgetting something but you get the idea, this is a 49 year old truck that is in good condition but not perfect its a good old driver have some extra parts custom cab stainless extra tailgate ect i drove the truck all summer to various shows in my area got lots of attenion its legel insured garage kept never out in the bad weather since ive had it in pennsylvania all the work is less than a year old it was on the road for car show in july 2011 winning bidder pays all shipping cost,as is, where is, no warranty or garantee i have the right to end auction early for sale on other venius no over seas bidders american made stays in america thanks for looking have a nice day happy bidding On Jan-02-12 at 14:17:27 PST, seller added the following information: Correction. Could not edit initial description. The 350 motor runs good that is in it, but has a lot of miles on it from the vehicle it came out of. It should have read "could use a basic rebuild rings and bearings". This truck can be driven home anywhere.
