Up for sale is my 1968 International Scout 800. The truck has it's original 266 eight cylinder engine, with air conditioning ! 4 wheel drive, 4 speed manual transmission. I bought this truck a few years ago from California. I have done the following work under the hood, cleaned, painted, refurbished radiator, repaired a/c and installed R-12, rebuilt heater fan motor, new heater core, all new hoses, new water pump gasket, new oil pan gasket , valve cover gaskets, thermostat, plugs, wires, rotor, capacitor and battery tray. The front and rear driveshafts were replaced and the exhaust was done not long ago. I have the carb and original oil bath air cleaner. The engine does not smoke, the steering is tight and most important the truck has NO rust. Being from California this is a great vehicle to restore. I have started but I am just to lazy to finish. The truck come with the following items : Rear Bumper ( Utility Style ) , extra front bumper, good extra passenger side door, new driver and passenger door and window rubber seals, extra radiator and fan shroud, extra gauges, original AM radio and radio dash plate, IH vintage mirrors, chrome horn ring, extra turn signal lenses, new tail light lenses, new fuel tank level sending units, new windshield wipers, glass washer fluid bottle, extra All Wheel Drive emblems, Service manual, New vintage Sun tachometer, and new vintage Air guide dash compass. What the truck needs : The dashboard wiring harness has a few melted wires, I have an extra wiring harness but that harness needs to be repaired before installation. The carb will need to be rebuilt before you put it back on the engine. Please feel free to ask questions, I will do my best to answer.
