NO RESERVE!! THIS CAR WILL SELL TO THE HIGHEST BIDDER!!! Up for auction AGAIN because of a non-paying, non-contacting bidder from Belgium!!! For your consideration is one of the nicest and most correct Yenko Camaro tributes you will find for the money. This is a show quality car and a very nice driver that was completed four months ago. I have had two muscle car dealers try to "steal" the car, so that they could list it. Given the current state of the economy, the market and seeing what other cars are priced at, a dealer would price this car between $45,000 and $55,000, according to an appraiser friend of mine. Please look at comparable Yenko tributes and see what they are priced at, then call with an offer or bid accordingly. Anyone is welcome to come and see the car or send a third party inspector. International bidders are welcome, but you must contact me first or I will cancel your bid!!! I won't bore you with the history of the Yenko Camaro. If you are interested in this car enough to put in a legitimate bid, you know the history surrounding these cars and what real ones sell for. This car started out as a real X11 coded 4 speed SS car. The car was painted in its Lemans Blue (PPG Products), wet sanded, buffed then hand waxed approximately three months after paint, allowing time for the paint to "exhale" its impurities. The paint has an awesome finish as seen in the pictures. There is no rust anywhere. The floors and trunk are solid. The engine is a '71 LS5 454 block and has been bored to a fire breathing 468 cubic inches. Everything on the motor is new or rebuilt within the last seven months. The motor work was completed by Performance Concepts of Sylvania, Georgia. Everything in the engine bay is new or restored as well. I have receipt of engine work with specifics. The transmission is the original Muncie 4 speed. It was rebuilt two years ago and shifts perfectly with no noises or issues. The 12 bolt rearend was rebuilt last summer. It is a 3:73, positive traction. It has no whines or moans. To sum up the drive train, there are no issues!! This is a factory power steering/power brake car. The heater, turn signals, horns, speedometer, gas gauge, etc all work as they should. The clock does not work. The interior of the car is very nice and was restored within the last three years. There are no rips or tears in upholstry or carpet. All interior lights work as well. The wheels are 17" Coys and look awesome on the car! Again, this is a very nice, very well done car. It is not some "slapped together" car. This car sold 2 years ago for over $40,000 (As a reverse hockey striped 396 SS) from a Muscle Car dealership in Clearwater, Florida and has since, been taken to the next level with the Yenko attributes. Over $12,500 was put into the car over the last year, to include paint, motor work, rear end, wheels, tires, etc. It was already a VERY nice car before any of this work was completed! This car runs, drives, starts and stops very well. It is a beast, and sounds the part! Between the cam profile and the Hooker Headers and Flowmasters, the car sounds very intimidating. It's very powerful and a blast to drive! The engine temp stays under 190 degrees in stop and go traffic on a 90 deg. summer day. There are no fluid leaks and you can drive this car anywhere. Another Yenko clone sold several months ago on Ebay for more than I am asking for mine. I have seen that car in person and MINE IS MUCH NICER, OVERALL!!! Please call Andy at (706) 836-4410 with questions. Again, this car will be sold to the highest bidder. I need to move on to another venture and will need the money from this car to do so. Please, serious bidders and calls only. Trades are considered with cash. The car has a clear Georgia title in my name. The winning bidder is responsible for shipping, although I will help on this end. A non-refundable $1,000 is due within 48 hours of the auction's end. I do not accept Pay Pal. Cash, bank check or wire transfer only. Thanks for looking. On Jan-31-12 at 06:55:38 PST, seller added the following information: I have had several emails about the overall condition of the car. Let me sum it up like this. If you are looking for an exceptional #1, "take to Carlisle and win the GM Nationals" kind of car, look elswhere. If you are looking for a GM correct, date coded, etc, etc, look elsewhere. If you are looking for those cars, there are many out there....merely take your $60-$90K and go get one. If you don't have those expectations or that kind of money, bid on this car. Everything is nice, but not perfect, not date coded. Again, this is a very nice driver that will get its due respect at any cruise in or do well at local shows, as it already has. And, again...please come inspect and drive this car before the auction ends!
