Up for auction a 1964 Mercedes Benz 230SL “Pagoda” automatic, hard & soft top. – Original Engine. Car was in barn since 1985. It will be sold with a Bill of Sale and a clear New Hampshire Title. Car is an early 230SL as the spare tire compartment is on the left side in the trunk. (Produced before October 1964) Vin # 113.042.12.005711 Engine # 127-981-12-000906 Vin# on framerail is matching with Vin tag on firewall Color Code: 304 (Horizon Blue) Car was sold new originally without a hard top. The car does not run but the engine / crankshaft does turn. The car was sold in Europe before it came to the USA, car has a KM/H odometer. What you see is what you get, car is very rusty, car will be sold with good used hood and a driver-side door that is not much better than the one on the car. This car is for complete restoration or parts. If you are wondering what happened with the passenger seat........ A racoon lived in this car for a while, he is evicted from the car and moved to sunny Florida. I can and will assist with shipping if requested.
