I had to re-list this item. Ebay removed it because I had to reword the Listing Title.1965 Ford Mustang Coupe When I bought it I was told it had a 1969 302cid with a C4 transmission which shifts very smooth through all the gears. I am not a Ford guy and cannot verify that. This is a very solid car. The only rust I have found is two very small spots in the floor pan that can easily be repaired. The previous owner put a new fuel tank with drain plug, changed all four tires, which all tires have more than 75% tread remaining, added a set of after market gauges, and a more modern alternator. There is an all aluminum radiator. The single exhaust is pretty new as well. Since I have owned the car I have painted it with a Dark Green Metallic with Silver stripes. I have added a few subtle touches during the repair. I had front and rear glass professionally removed and re-installed with new seals during repaint. I had all the emblems airbrushed on, and green pearl ghost flames in the hood stripe. They look awesome and are a great conversation topic at the local cruise nights. I have also changed the steering wheel, fuel pump, rebuilt the factory correct 2 bbl Holley carb added a power booster for the brakes. I changed the brake shoes on the front. I changed all the plugs, points, condenser, cap and rotor, Upper and lower radiator hose and radiator cap, and tail light lenses. I also changed the window regulator and scissors arm in the driver’s door. I have a new scissors arm for the passenger door. I just have not had time to install it; it will go with the car. I started to collect the parts to add power steering. I have the pump and brackets, and the pump is bad. I also have the steering assist cylinder and control valve with drag link. Their condition is unknown. This car does not have power steering. The radio is not hooked up and I don’t know if it works. If you have any questions please ask before bidding.
