1966 Honda CB

Here for sale is my 66 cb77 cafe racer. I took a bare frame and built this into the machine you see. It is a fairly stock cb77 chassis with a cb350f engine. I will try to list everything that is new. Avon roadrider tires, seat cover, battery, points, condensor, headlight bulb, headlight switch, handlebar switches were nos 69 cl450 switches, M style handlebars, magura grips, all cables, carb kits, chrome spokes, tubes, mac 4 into 1 header, chain, taillight, rear mudflap, tapered steering bearings, piston rings, seals and gaskets were replaced in engine, sprockets which are stock cb350f gearing, turn signals. I had all the chrome rechromed except for the fork seal holders, they were good, all bolts and nuts were either rechromed, replaced or polished. All the brake hardware and pedal was rechromed. The frame, swingarm and all the black componets relating to the frame and triple were sandblasted and powdercoated semi gloss black. All the sheet metal was stripped, beadblasted, uro primed and painted gloss black with dupont basecoat clearcoat. The paint is beautiful, as is the chrome. The rims were powdercoated and clear coated for a glossy look, and new chrome spokes were installed with avon roadrider tires. The turnsignals work, as does all the handlebar switching as should. The original headlight switch was wired for the kill switch. I tore the engine down for a good clean and repaint, and installed new rings, seals and gaskets. The bore is stock and you could still see the crosshatch in the cylinders, so I'm certain the engine is fairly low mileage. The original speedo and tach work as should also. Not sure how accurate the tach is, seems a little off (slow), but still works nontheless. Bike is electric start only, the kicker shaft had to be cut down to fit engine in frame. The chainguard is handmade as is the fork brace. Not the greatest in the world, but functional. I have the original front fender, but the exhaust header hits it, so I removed it. The exhaust system is brand new Mac, the left 3 pipes blistered upon start up, not terrible, but wanted to mention it. That was in Sept, and so far mac has yet to resolve the issue, but other than that, the exhaust sounds like a formula 1 car at 9 grand. Bike runs great, no smoke, has classic 350f sound. It rides very well, I put new assault lowered shocks on the rear to level the bike out. Rides and handles great, does have a very minor what I'd call hop in the front at low speeds, I don't know if the rim isn't perfectly true or the tire has a slight high spot, so that may need addressed. Other than that, I don't know of a thing the bike needs other than a new key, the original is wore. Also has 4 new k&n filters, I took the original side covers, filled the original cutouts and made new ones to look stock. If you didn't know any better, you wouldn't know the engine is not stock for the bike. The bike is located in Seymour Indiana. 1 hour north of Louisville KY, 1 hour south if Indy. I WILL ASSIST ANY WAY OF LOADING I CAN, IF YOU WANT TO PAY AND ARRANGE A TRUCK TO PICK IT UP AS WELL, THAT IS FINE. MONEY MUST CLEAR AT LEAST 10 DAYS BEFORE THE BIKE LEAVES. I HAVE A CLEAR TITLE IN MY HAND. ODO IS EXEMPT FOR AGE. NO JOY RIDES OR TIRE KICKERS, . NO OVERSEAS BIDDERS PLEASE. Forgot to mention the tank panels, axles, headlight rim and adjusters were all rechromed as well and look great. Also has new clutch disks. Pics are kinda fuzzy and don't do it justice.
