You are bidding on a 2005 Mercedes Smart car Passion. This car ran great before the keys where lost. I had a lock smith make a new key for it but now it is stuck in security mode and will not start. I talked to the dealer and they said the car would have to go back to Canada to have a new set of keypods programmed for the car. I don't have the time or the means to take the car to Canada and my loss is your gain. This is a five day No Reserve Auction.Payment due with three days from close of auction. The vin number for this vehicle is WME4503321J250320, it would not let me list the vin above because this vehicle was previously imported from Canada. I have a clear Michigan title in hand as shown in the pictures but had to check rebuildable per ebay's "rules". Ebay.....
