2001 Ford E250 Explorer Limited SE Conversion Van Up for sale is my 2001 conversion van. Good condition and low miles for the year - 99,650 or slightly more if I need to drive it. I always have a van around for vacations and such. I've owned this one for 3-4 years. I buy them with 60-80,000 miles and sell them when they get to 100,000 miles. There isn't much wrong with this van, that's just my routine. This is actually the nicest van set up I have ever had. In my opinion Explorer Conversions are the top of the line. Classy looking, beautiful interior design and exterior color combination. Handles like a car. Runs and drives great and goes down the road powerfully, straight and tight with great braking power. Always greased and oil changed regularly. Over the summer it had the radiator flushed and filled, the transmission flushed with new filter and new front rotors and wheel bearings. Drive this van anywhere. I have twice driven 3000 miles round trip from PA to Key West and back with no issues. Power steering, power windows, power locks, power brakes, tilt wheel, cruise control, Overdrive with lock out, am/fm cd, ice cold ac and hot heater Leather seating with heated, power front seats with power lumbar inflation Two 12 volt dash outlets for GPS, phone, etc. Leather and wood trim everywhere Tons of lighted overhead storage cabinets Limo lighting all around interior Overhead reading lights Factory fog light package Very large vented picture windows and sunroof with dark factory tint Working privacy blinds on all rear windows Ducted rear heat and air conditioning Seperate rear stereo CD with headphone jacks at all seats TV, vcr, dvd with remote Power rear sofa bed Rear 12 volt outlet with vacuum I installed a reese hitch last year and only used it once Fluid Film undercoated since I've owned it Tires all match - just rotated. Fronts have 65-70% remaining and rears have 75-80% remaining Old accidents (2001, 02, 03) on the vehicle report must have been minor - there is no evidence of collision and title is clean Although vehicle report lists 6 owners, the last 3 title changes were done between my partners and I for tax and insurance purposes Although this van is in great shape it is NOT NEW. All imperfections are minor but when I buy something, I want all of the facts- so here they are; Driver seat has a tear starting at the seam (likely could just stitch it up). Front blower motor sometimes only works on 'high' (probably the switch). Power mirrors don't work (again, probably just the switch) but they are very large and you don't need to move them anyway. There are a few spots where the ground effects have rubbed paint off but just small spots of light surface rust. The previous owner backed into something and cracked the ground effects below the rear bumper and then tastefully trimmed off the damage evenly across the length of the bumper. Scratch along the bodyline of the raised roof that is touched up and very hard to see (I didn't even see it til after I bought it). Aluminum rims are starting to oxidize in some places. It's not perfect but it's a very nice van. Just went through PA inspection in December. I haven't found a better one yet so I'm in no hurry to give it away. You are welcome to come over and drive it.
