I am selling a 2008 Honda Accord. It is our company car that has been well maintained. So let me tell you about our car. It was locally purchased new from Bryan Pontiac. It has the gas saving 4 cylinder engine and automatic transmission. The car only has 29,536 miles on it. The miles are accurate and will check out with any web based e-verify system. The car was used for business only. We drove to and from the courthouse for local paralegal duties. Employees were NOT allowed to smoke in it. The interior is the soft black cloth interior. It is in excellent shape. The car is equipped with am/fm CD player, Power windows, power door locks, auto key fob entry with lock, unlock/panic functions, power brakes, power steering, rear defrost, power seats, AIR CONDITIONING, and airbags all the way around (curtain and pillar air bags too). The car was serviced regularly. I am a safety minded employer, so I always changed oil on or before the sticker indicated and I did service before it was required. I just replaced the front brakes pads and rotors (even though they were not required). This cost over $1,000.00. I also replaced the front tires as well, just as a precaution. I wanted maximum grip and traction for when it rains. The car drives great and as it should for a car with low miles. There is NOTHING wrong with the car. Our company has eliminated the paralegal position and now no longer needs the car. We ran the car thru Kelly Blue Book and it came up with a value of 16,550 for sales price. Since we just paid close to $1,500 for service upgrades (tires and brakes), we feel like the price of only $15,900 is more than fair. The car is located here in Fayetteville, NC and can be seen after 4:00 pm at my home. I am very picky about who views the car, so I will only show to serious buyers.
