Up for auction is my highly documented 1991 Corvette ZR1 "King of the Hill" - 6 Spd - 375 HP - Leather - BOSE - Dual Roof - Built for Speed!! 45K Miles!! Included with the car is all the original delivery and maintenance records from 1991 to the present. The original window sticker and even the key knock outs are still with this car! The ZR-1 presentation case is complete and included in the auction. (see photos) I took this car to Bloomington in 2001 where it received a Gold award. I did NCRS "Top Flight" with this car in 2005 where it received a score of 97.7%. The documentation for both these events are included with the auction. The ZR-1 was known fondly inside GM as the "King of the Hill", roared to life in 1990 with an all-new 375 horsepower LT5 engine under its hood. Designed in a cooperative effort between General Motors and Lotus, the LT5's dual overhead cam, 32-valve design made Corvette the talk of the automotive world. The ZR-1 Corvette set a 24 hour endurance record in Ft Stockton Texas with a 24 hour average speed of 175 mph! The ZR-1 Corvette is not just mechanically different from the standard C4. The rear body is 3" wider to allow the use of the 315x35x17 rear tires on 12" rims. Also included in the auction: Original floor mats Both tops 4 original Goodyear tires which I have stored since 1999. 8 correct oil filters and engine parts (hoses, plug wires, gaskets etc. Complete set of GM manuals. Condition: This car has been under my care since the late 90s and maintaned with originality in mind with every effort taken to make this car a true Corvette survivor quality car.
