Vehicle Detail

You're looking at a rare 1969 Chrysler New Yorker Coupe. This was the first year Chrysler introduced it's Fuselage design for all of it's passenger cars. The New Yorker was the flagship of the Chrysler line with Imperial it's ultra luxury line. The engine is the big and powerful 440 V-8 with the incredible Torque Flight Transmission. This New Yorker has it's original interior ( with exception to the headliner-it was damaged and had to be replaced) and vinyl "Tortoise Grain" top. She was repainted sometime in the 80's by the original owner. There is no rust on the car with exception to a small surface amount on the driver's side rear deck lid ( see pictures below). The paint is ok but it's scratched, has door dings, etc. so it's far from perfect. I've replaced several mechanical items such as the carburetor ( I still have the original) as well as the fuel lines--they looked rather dry to me, valve guides, the air conditioning system, added electronic ignition, new front end bushing, wheel bearings, etc., brakes ( complete replacement ), complete tune up, new exhaust, new belts, and hoses. The car sat for a few years and was hardly driven so I wanted to make sure all components were replaced or repaired before driving the car. You can go to You Tube to see videos of the car--sadly, Ebay will not let me post the links. Just look up 1969 Chrysler New Yorker Coupe and you'll see two videos under my You tube account listed under "spangelosf43." All the options work on the car (tilt/telescopic steering wheel, power seats, power antenna, AM/FM radio, power windows, factory cruise control, air conditioning, BUT not the clock). I've put new radial tires on her and she runs very well. I get all sorts of attention and thumbs up with my New Yorker and I really hate to sell her. I had listed her almost a year ago but decided to keep her until I came upon a car that I really must have. I can't have her until I sell three of my collector cars, this one, my 1979 Lincoln Town Coupe, and my 2008 Mustang GT California Special Convertible ( future classic/collectable). If your interested in any of these let me know and I'll send pictures and information. I have plenty of pictures of the New Yorker and will send more at your request. She currently is in storage avoiding the winter weather but is driven when it's nice out ( we have plenty of nice days here in Colorado to play with cars!). ********************************************************************* Please remember, this is a 32 year old car. I am representing it as accurately as I can based on my knowledge and have tried to give as much information as possible. It is being sold without warranty and as is... ********************************************************************* A non-refundable $1000 deposit via PayPal is required or cashiers check within 48 hours of auction end. I called Ebay and they said that I can't do anything about it unless they have negative feedback. IF you have feed back that is lower than 5, please contact me through Ebay so I can confirm you as legit bidder. I had to be a stickler on this but I've had false bidders on other items before so I have to protect myself and the bidders on my items. Thanks for your help!
