The upholstery is spotted, stained, or worn in places, and seatbelt was cut out. Exterior has some dents, dings, and peeling paint. Car also has holes in body where antenna and light bar wiring were removed. Car contains prisoner containment module. Repaired accident damage to front end in 2003 and 2007. Please bid accordingly.
