demuesy store 1978 CB400T HAWK. **No Reserve** Only 12,100 miles! This project bike will make a great core for restoration, Cafe Racer or Bobber conversion. The bike currently does not run as it is missing the coil but has good compression and clean oil. I was able to shift through all the gears. The master cylinder works smoothly.This bike will need work and parts to get it up and running. Some parts I have indentified that are missing:Coil, Battery, Throttle, headlight bowl (I have sealed lamp and ring), foot pegs, rear shock absorbers. Front shocks should have new seals. I'm sure there are other things missing or broken but these are the main things I have identified.Gas Tank has exterior rust spots and scratches. Front fender has rust spots as well.I bought this bike at a lien sale. It will come with the signed California DMV REG. 684 and 686 forms plus proof of ownership notification (see photos).
