1999 Ford Explorer XLT 4x4. Transmisson was just rebuilt, aproximently 10,000 miles on the transmisson rebuild. I do have the papers from the shop to show the rebuild. Body is in very good shape, Interior is in good condition, some wear on drivers seat as you would expect at 165k miles. Center console lid needs recovered. AC works, wheel drive works, Aluminum rims, overhead console was repaird to fix the cold solder joints that cuase the display to stop working. Engine needs timing chains, the problem was discovered after the transmisson was rebuilt. I don't have the time or money to fix it. I have a pair of new front rotors that I will include. there is some rust on the drivers door passenger window frame, But I have the good rust free replacement inside the Explorer ready to install. This would be a terrific project fopr the father/son or father/daughter project. Cash for clunkers claim alot of SUV style vehicles and the demand for them is higher then ever. This one has a Fresh rebuilt transmisson, and deserves to be saved from the crusher for a bit longer.
