I'm selling my 1968 Mercury Parklane convertible. I purchased this car in 2006 as a fun thing to drive during the summer with my family. It has been a great car for us and taken us to many games, ice cream runs, and trips to Cape Cod and NH for summer weekends. I originally purchased this car on e-Bay from a seller and collector in South Carolina. It has been a lot of fun! Included is the one remaining original hubcap that came with my purchase. The car is being sold as is with no guarantees made. As I am not a true "car guy" I can't tell you a lot about the car other than it has been reliable and run well for the summer cruiser that it was purchased for. The car has just over 62,000 miles on it. I'm selling because I have enjoyed the car but feel like it is time to pass this car along to another owner who will enjoy it. I've had a local mechanic do some minor work over the past few years including a new carburator and tires in 2006 and a new battery this year. It has passed inspection every year and been road ready since I purchased it. This is a fun old convertible that could be a show-car with some work and a paint job.
