I am the second owner of this GMC. I bought it about 2 years ago thinking that I needed one. Well it sits most of the time and I drive a '93 Chevy short bed or my old car. I drive it about 25 miles a week on average and have driven it to North Texas twice. I averaged 20 miles per gallon at 65 with the A.C. going . It does not use any oil , leak any oil or smoke. Tires are good and no noticeable dents that I can see. The paint it bright and the bumpers are dent free. It is a low mileage of 86,xxx at this time. I have put about 10,000 on it in the last two years. I will continue to drive it weekly. I know no problems with this truck. It is a work truck though with a long bed and a heavy duty towing package. It rides like a truck not a car. It has a 300hp Duramax Diesel with a Allison transmission and it will go if you want it to. I usually don't drive it over 65mph. I have never pulled anything behind this truck but that is what it is built for. It has hand crank windows and push and pull locks. Nothing there to break. All the lights, horns, and dash instruments work as they should. As does the radio, CD, heater, and A.C. I also have a aftermarket drive train warranty good up to 100,000 miles that I bought through Randolf Brooks Federal Credit Union and I believe it is transferable.
