Vehicle Detail
I am selling a rare 1977 Chevy Blazer with a (delux) Cheyenne package. This vehicle is a true survivor in every sense of the word. You will have an extremely hard time finding this type of Blazer in this condition. Nothing is impossible, but I have looked online for many years and have not found anything close to this one. This is not a restored vehicle, it is a bona fide, all-original vehicle. Any Chevy aficionado will be able to see that this is the "real deal". The only options on this vehicle that have been modified are the radio, air filter, battery and tires to my knowledge. This Blazer has been repainted, but is the original factory colors. It is so hard to find these vehicles with undamaged Cheyenne package chrome and this vehicle has amazing chrome definition. The Blazer is only cleaned with Dri-Wash and is stored inside a climate controlled garage. It has a removable top and it turns a lot of heads during the summer months. When I mentioned the vehicle is "all-original" I will let the high-definition pictures do the talking. Things to notice (because people who restore these vehicles seem to rarely get them right): original steering wheel, original seats, original dash, original wheel covers, original side runners (rare), original Cheyenne & K5 badging, original engine, original center counsel, original carpet, original brake and gas pedals, basically everything except for the radio is original. The vehicle has 78,800 miles on the odometer and although I do not have documentation, everything about this vehicle makes me believe that this is true (due to the amazing quality of the vehicle, especially the carpet, pedals and undercarage). This vehicle is the REAL DEAL. The engine is a strong 350 cubic inch V-8. It starts on the first turn, the transmission shifts smoothly, the 4X4 engages perfectly and runs down the road smoothly. The undercarriage of this vehicle is also amazing and it looks like it has been stored indoors all of its natural life. The dash and molding have no apparent UV fading, cracks or dry rot. All the gauges and lights work. This vehicle has air conditioning. The Blazer's body is free from rust and is factory straight. This vehicle is as close to show room quality that you are going to get without a full rotisserie restoration. I will be really sad to see this vehicle go. If you have any additional questions or need any specific photos I will be happy to oblige. You can contact me at 515-661-7277. This truck is truly amazing and someone will get the deal of a century because no vehicle of this age can match it! Happy holidays and good luck bidding...
