1962 Buick Electra 225: 401 Nailhead V8 325 horse power engine. Original four barrel carb replaced with new edelbrock carb, automatic transmission, power windows, power steering, power brakes, Chrome Rally wheels, CD player. Clean straight body, paint is faded and showing wear, chips in paint and so forth. Interior is all original and also faded and worn. A couple of the power windows stick now and then because the tracks are worn out and they get a little crooked in the tracks. The car has been lowered slightly, it rides like a cadillac, very nice driving car. It accelerates smoothly and is impressive to drive. I am amazed at the power this car has with the 401 engine. I expected the car to be sluggish as heavy as it is but the car really has impressive acceleration. The mileage showing on the odometer is 91,465. I have no way to verify the mileage. The car is nearly 50 years old and the odometer may have turned over, the mileage may very well be 191,465. With that said the car is in amazing condition for its age.
