Vehicle Detail
Offering a pristine Park Avenue. Car has been driven gently with half the miles by my elderly parents and the remainder by our family.Leather interior is flawless, transmission shifts smoothly, motor runs quietly, no rust (see pics) or dents/blemishes on car, no accidents, maintained with care over the years and never smoked in. The rear window has a dark tint, mostly because I was tired of tailgaters with bright lights in my eyes (I drive the speed limit). Stereo in car is the premium one with CD and Cassette - with steering wheel controls. Best stock system I have ever heard (Dad enjoyed it).Car is PA inspected through April 2012. I ended the initial listing early as I found a coolant leak. I took it to our family mechanic. Turns out the car needs a water pump and radiator (some corrosion in radiator). You can drive it, but antifreeze will empty itself eventually. I am selling the car as is - repairing this is not very expensive, I feel I will not get it back in the sales price if I have it done and then sell it. I have lowered the price to reflect this. You are still getting a great car with a clean history - you will just have to fix the above. I refuse to sell a junk car or one I know has some big problem - it's just bad business. My feedback reflects this attitude towards transactions. On Dec-14-11 at 12:15:19 PST, seller added the following information: Dear gsus4me, Hi there. I researched the parts you mentioned. Water pump, just $40... But the radiator? $150-$220, depending on whether or not it has the following: Oil Cooler (2 smaller lines attached to the rear-side) Coolant Sensor Port (Electric wire to a small part on the radiator) Does it have either of these? Reply: I have added a close up photo of the radiator, perhaps you can tell from the picture. Thanks for your interest.
