Vehicle Detail
NO RESERVE Up for Auction we have a 1969 Dodge Charger in need of restoration. Engine is a 440 w/auto transmission and 8 3/4 rear. I haven't started the engine but it does turn over. I will also be including another 440 and 727 trans with the car. When I bought the car the previous owner had installed Quarter skins, floor pans, trunk pan, rear outer wheel houses, and a sail panel. All of these part were partially completed when i purchased it. There is filler on the quarters but not due to rust. It appears they were warped during welding. The drivers floor pan was partially installed and it looks like it wasn't lined up quite right and they stopped welding. Also there was rear frame work done after the rear end, it also was not completed. I did some ruff sanding and threw some paint on it to prevent rust. A good body man should be able to complete these things pretty quickly. The only bad parts that i know of are the passenger fender, it was damaged and has a lot of filler on it, and the transmission cross member is rusted on both sides were it meets the rockers. All Glass is there including a brand new front windshield and seal. Has Year One engine wiring, new ignition switch, and new door locks. No front seats, No fender tag,and some trim pieces are missing also.Clear PA title. The Charger rolls but the brakes don't work. Also included are pics of the extra 440. It has a purple shaft cam(don't know the specs), gasket set, new valve springs, windage tray, timing chain, valley pan, freeze plugs, and a couple extra oil pans. Don't miss out these cars are getting a lot harder to find, so bid to win. The Charger was originally green with a white top and tan interior. Thanks for looking and good luck.
