1965 LINCOLN CONTINENTAL I purchased the vehicle in 2005. It was pretty much in the condition that it is currently in. The vehicle had new, FOMOCO replacement hoses and air cleaner, tires and the paint is about 7 years old. I have done regular maintenence and repair on the vehicle. I drive it regularly and have had no real issues in the 5 years I have owned it. Repairs on the vehicle includes:rebuilding the carb with the Holly 4 barrel kit replaced the window rubber (150/door)trunk liner with an OEM kitoil pan gasket rebuilt the 8-way power seat motorreplaced A/C fan clutchfuel filter replaced a month ago The vehicle is in very nice condition, but is not perfect. There are a few things that could stand to be replaced are, but are not limited to:Power seat switch needs replacingwindows have, but need new, gasketsthe A/C was operable last summer, but does not currently blow cold. I have not had this checked out. I think it needs refridgerant This car has to go. I cannot keep it and need to sell it quickly. Cars on ebay and other sites that are in this condition regularly sell for 8-12K. I am opening the bid low with no reserve because I cannot keep it.
