This is a replica of a 1955 MG TF, that was built by Great Lakes Motors in 1983. The car is full size and uses many original parts. It was a very neat kit car in it's time and when parked by an original car it is hard to tell them apart. Many of the body parts will bolt directly to an original car. It is powered by a General Motors V6, and has a GM automatic transmission. Equiped with side curtains as the original. The car uses MGB front suspension,stering, and rear end. I purchased this car and all of the tooling to manufacture this replica but have decided not to start building the cars. This listing is just for the car alone,but if you want to build these replicas I can list the jigs, molds, and partial built cars seperatly. It is titled in Texas as a 1983 Chev Repl, it in not a 1955 but the Ebay system will not accept it as a 1983. As with any used car it is sold as is with no warranty.
