Up for auction is a 1997 Dodge Ram 3500 2 Wheel Drive Extended Cab Pickup. It has the 12 valve Cummins Diesel . Automatic Transmission . Has a OHIO salvage title . I purchased it on E-bay almost 2 yrs ago , and had it transported to Ohio from Texas . It had a Salvage title from Mississippi . It was involved in a tornado , I don;t know the extent of damage that it had . All I can tell is that it had some dents . It has been repainted all over. I didn't care , I was looking for a RUST FREE truck. Its RUST FREE !! The mileage on the odometer shows 063111 . My title says actual. BUT in 2003 autocheck shows that the miles were 116000 . It has a later model dash cluster. Speedo shows faster than you are going. My guestimate would be about 150K . It will be sold as non-actual miles. I wanted a diesel , no rust to tow my car trailer , so the title and mileage did not matter to me. If you have a problem with either , DON'T read any further. If you want a dually diesel with no rot for a work horse , here is your truck. It has Cold A/C , warm heat . Cruise , Aftermarket CD. Don't leak coolant ! Looks good , and tows my car trailer just fine . Has a spray in bedliner . Never modified , still has the factory exhaust system. I have had the lift pump replaced . I have put about 3,000 miles on it since I got it . I have another grand kid on the way , so I am going to get a suburban. I have a diamond plate tool box that goes with it. Dash has a cover , sun cracked underneath . I also have a complete dash that goes too. If you are local , come see it in person.
