Vehicle Detail
This truck has been owned by the same person since 1956 and has always been garaged. It was purchased new by Idaho Power until it was traded in 1956. As far as can be determined, it has never been in an accident and has never sustained any body damage. All gauges work and the oil pressure is right at 40 psi. It has a boxed flatbed and all wood in the bed and sideboards is in very good condition. The interior color is a light green and the bench seat has been recovered in a medium brown naugahyde. The truck was repainted in the early 1980s, changing the color from white to a 2-tone light and dark green. The brake master cylinder and the two rear brake cylinders were replaced within the past two weeks. It is not currently licensed but is driveable. It has a heavy duty winch mounted on the front bumper. The spare tire is original from when the truck was new. The engine uses very little oil. Only one of the two windshield wiper motors works and then only intermittently; both wiper blades need to be replaced. The defrost hose from the heater to the windshield requires replacement. The left windshield has cracks in the bottom left corner (see photo) and the right windshield has a vertical crack about 3" long at bottom center (see photo). Both headlights and the left tail light work but the right tail light bulb needs replacing. Both brake lights work. After market turn signals are installed but do not work. The front axle gearbox has a very small oil leak.
