I’ve got a great example of a nice, clean, great running Dodge. These are becoming next to extinct and I’ve got a great one with NO RUST. It is a no accident, no paintwork truck with no excuses. The bottoms of the doors are solid, the cab corners are great, and the bed is in EXCELLENT shape. It’s a 1999 Dodge Ram 3500 Dually 4x4 with the legendary Cummins 5.9 turbo diesel in it. It is all bone stock, other than the muffler-less exhaust. It starts great cold, doesn’t smoke, and pulls like a mule. It doesn’t leak anything, or have ANY blow by either. The four wheel drive works great, the transmission shifts great, and the injection pump has been replaced with a reman. It has had EVERYTHING that goes wrong in these taken care of, there’s nothing to worry about. It’s as straight as an arrow and the only real dings it has are in the tailgate and the front bumper - see pics. Obviously, it’s a 99 not a 2011, so there will be a few small dings here and there, but nothing that takes away from the truck. I have taken 52 pictures of it, close up and far...look at them carefully. I don’t think you can find a 99 this clean, anywhere. The interior is next to spotless as well. No stains in the carpet, no rips in the seats, no busted dash, but the tint is peeling off the rear window a little bit. There is a crack in the bezel that surrounds the radio, and the overhead garage door opener wont stay closed...but those can be had very cheap. It’s got a gooseneck hookup with a 5/16” ball and also has rails for a 5th wheel. This truck came from the south and really looks and drives the part. It has 207k on it, but you’d never know. It could pass for 40 or 50k. The tires are in decent shape (Michelin) but the fronts are getting a little skinny on tread and could use replaced next year.
