Vehicle Detail
Distinctive Auto Works is proud to present this 2006 Pontiac Grand Prix for your review. Our 2006 Pontiac Grand Prix was recently traded in at our Dealership toward the purchase of one of our fine pre-owned automobiles. From the time of trade we were aware of this vehicles Reconstructed History, however given the overall condition of this car we saw no reason to be ashamed of her. Our Dealership is dedicated to providing our customers with the finest Pre-Owned automobiles on the market along with un parallel Service, Detailing, and Collision Restoration. We also have an extensive selection of used parts available to our customers. Years of experience and an extensive knowledge of the automobile have allowed us to be extremely effective at delivering to our customer an experience that is second to none. We see no reason for this Pontiac to disappoint, and just think of the savings you'll experience compared to a comparable Grand Prix with a Clean Title History. Now for the Details: Pontiac has developed a very attractive version of their Grand Prix, in this the final run of this brand and namesake. Bold styling and pulse pounding performance have always defined Pontiac's placement in the automobile market, and this one is no exception. She is further complimented by the Beauty of Black and the attractive two tone Black and Cashmere interior. Additionally this Grand Prix comes with a quality aftermarket window tint that adds to its appeal. Don't be mistaken the Salvage History of this Grand Prix is not like some of the others you may have seen or experienced on the market. For example, those vehicles that have been purchased at Salvage Sales and Rebuilt as cheaply as possible using aftermarket parts and inferior workmanship. First of all this car has experienced no front end collision damage (we know because we own a collision business). Upon inspection of the body and uni-frame we found previous repair work to the right side front door post and rocker panel along with the replacement of the left side front and rear doors. This Pontiac's finish is glossy and matching with minimal evidence of repair. We can see that the paint isn't perfect but only the discriminating individual would even question this vehicles repair quality. On a scale of 1-10, we are going to grade the body a 7. As for suspension there is no evidence of any suspension damage to this car whatsoever, in fact after an extensive test drive we found this Grand Prix to drive very nicely and track perfectly down the highway. There is no rust or abnormal corrosion occuring, no water leaks or wind noise of any kind at all. The interior smells like new with no evidence of smoke, we have all the Books and Manuals along with the spare tire and tools as you would have received when this Pontiac was new. The heat and air conditioning system perform flawlessly. All the equipment in this car functions exactly as it should with no warning lamps illuminated or abnormalities. Every door opens and closes perfectly, every window and power lock functions as it should. The only thing we noticed wrong is the radio display has one light bulb in it that doesn't illuminate (very common on all Pontiac's of this era) along with some wear on the buttons and the keyless entry remote control does not function. Mechanically this Grand Prix is about as good as it gets. The motor starts right up runs smooth, does not smoke and does not leak any fluids at all. She runs smooth, shifts like new and handles tight and nimble. Our facility conducted a thorough inspection of this vehicles integrity and performed all necessary service, including an oil change, filter replacement (air and pollen), transmission service(fluid flushed and new filter and gasket installed). Recent repairs included front sway bar end links (we noticed a slight rattle in the left front end while test driving), transmission cooler lines (these have been a problem with GM since the mid-90's on this drivetrain), and a glove box door latch(common on these cars). The tires are not a complete set and do show there age, but with no influence on ride quality. The brakes are still very healthy with no pulsing or vibration detected. This Grand Prix will also include a full tank of gas and a complimentary Pa State Inspection and Emission Sticker should the purchaser be registering it in Pennsylvania. In Summary: Our 2006 Pontiac Grand Prix will not disappoint you whatsoever. In fact, we are so confident, if you are not satisfied with the quality and representation of this Vehicle upon delivery you will not be liable for it's purchase. The next person lucky enough to own her will likely get many years of use and satifaction at a price that most would envy. But who needs to know how much you paid for this fine example of a Grand Prix after all you don't drive the title you drive the car. Having a reconstructed title only diminishes the value of this Pontiac not the Experience. Thanks for Looking FYI- This Pontiac is also available for sale Locally and we reserve the right to end the auction early if it should no longer be available.
