For sale is my 1955 Fairlane Club Sedan coupe that I was working on but am now forced to sell. Runs and drives perfectly, you can drive it as is or with a little work have a really nice driver. The car has a recently rebuilt Ford 302 V8, C4 automatic transmission and rebuilt 4 barrel edelbrock carb. New Ignition system, Ignition switch, Headlight switch, Battery, Electric Fan, Radiator, Brakes, Alternator, Headlights, Dual exhaust with Flowmaster Super 44's, Bridgestone radials, Painless wiring harness and all new wiring, heater core and blower motor. Has new turn signal switch and lever which will need to be finished up, right now the turn sigs stay lit but dont flash. Has all door handles removed and the wiring installed for remote control solenoids but the solenoid is only in the drivers door now and will need to be finished up. Also the car is wired for a stereo and 4 speakers already, and I am including a kenwood cd player with ipod charging and playing cable. CD player is in the glove box right now, I was going to mount it under the dash where the harness is but didnt get to it.The car does have some bondo in it and some rust here and there, will need a few patch panels which are readily available to be perfect. Really the only rust through is in the front of the hood where there are a bunch of small holes as you can see in the pics, I planned to weld some new metal in there or find another hood. It has buckets in it now but I am selling a fully restored and recovered front bench for it in another auction. I will be including a big box of extra parts such as the door handles and emblems, door panels, extra vent window frame, window moulding, remotes and rest of door popping kit, and a lot of stainless trim pieces.Car is being sold as is where is and is located in Teaneck NJ, if you want to see it in person or have any other questions dont hesitate to write me. Thanks for looking! UPDATE: RECENTLY I SWAPPED THE INTAKE FOR AN ALUMINUM DUAL PLANE AND ENDED UP GETTING WATER IN THE ENGINE. IT WOULD STILL RUN BUT NOT IDLE. I STRIPPED THE MOTOR DOWN TO THE BLOCK AND DIDNT THINK IT CAUSED ANY DAMAGE. I PUT IT BACK TOGETHER WITH ALL NEW FEL PRO GASKETS AND TRIED TO START IT UP AND IT WONT BUDGE. BEING THAT THE MOTOR NOW WONT START I HAVE LOWERED THE PRICE OF THE CAR DRAMATICALLY AND AM LISTING IT AS A PROJECT CAR. I AM STILL INCLUDING EVERYTHING ON THE MOTOR AND EVERYTHING LISTED ABOVE. WHO KNOWS, YOU MIGHT BE ABLE TO TURN IT OVER, BUT I DONT HAVE ANY MORE TIME TO WORK ON THIS CAR.
